Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, all sales are final once the product has been opened or used.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened perfume, perfume oils, or body products for safety and hygiene reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so our team can make it right.

Unopened items may be eligible for review within 14 days of delivery.
